Once your baby completes 6 months you can start giving your baby semi solids like homemade cerelac, apple purée, mashed bananas, ragi and so on. Start with small quantities of one new food at a time to check the suitability and for better digestion. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
