ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you can eat them direct.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

Hi If you’re planning to conceive and for that if you are planning to have folic tablets and you can start having them on their only that’s not an issue and if you want to consult your gynaecologist for a proper checkup before you conceive you another pregnancy then you can go for that also
