Shall I take signoflame tablet I also get a covid vaccination yesterday and I am a breast feeding mom

A. no dear as far as I have read about this this medication is not prescribed during the pregnancy as well as during the breastfeeding as this medicine have many side effects it's always better to take medication only after asking your doctor
