Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers.
It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often.
Have fluids before and after breast feeding.

you can take it with warm water.
drink lots of fluids
also have a healthy diet include dry fruits ,ghee ,milk ,carrots , cumin , papaya etc
