See the picture of my baby she is 6months old. There is some pimple type something around her nose and on chin what is that please tell me. What should i do with that?

Hi I’m not able to see any pictures so I will not able to give you any guidance online still the time I’m not aware about it so I can advise you to get a check with your doctor after proper assessment your paediatrician would be able to give you correct guidance in a medication for the same
