NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello baby being triple its birth weight means it is a good weight gain and is absolutely nothing to worry and some kids can also be slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet
