salt is it favourable for 7 months old baby ?

Mam I can just tell you this thing that different doctors have different opinions my doctor suggested me to add salt and spices into the food and I did never faced the problem and feeding my child but a lot of doctors do not approve of it so if you want you can add because I never faced the problem in feeding my child ever since I started adding spices to the food so looking at that if I suggest you you can because kids actually enjoy full flavoured food and it’s easier for you to feed them accordingly
