Rishiv is 1 year 9 months old but as per weight chart his weight should be 11-12 KG but his weight is still 10KG what to do to gain his weight? He is taking proper meals on time i have a concern what to do ?

A. Namaste Mom Slight difference is fine and acceptable as such no worries on that , as long as the child is active for the age and also eating healthy too

A. At this age,the child becomes more active and energy is not stored in the body rather it helps the child to remain more active.

A. Add more of proteins in all the meals that you are giving to the child because proteins play a very important role during the age of growth so veg and non-Veg of your choice and family food millets grains everything is combined into the diet of your child
