NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello since the baby is 7 months old it is better to give 3 meals in a day and also give baby home made food and you may give baby 3 meals in a day .. you can give hime made cerelac and fruits and vegetables puree , well cooked rice with dal which are all heakthy and also nutrutious
