the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial) 
examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics. 
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. s
give easily digestible food. 
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the boddy. 
for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml.
do not give milk

The most important thing you can do is make sure they keep drinking fluids to prevent dehydration. If your baby is vomiting, carry on breastfeeding or giving them milk feeds. If they seem dehydrated, they will need extra fluids. Ask your GP or pharmacist whether you should give your baby oral rehydration solution.

sir i gave him medicine but most of the time hi was all medicine through back by vomiting. mostly antibiotics are not taken proper he was vomiting. only ecoall liquid are taken proper other medicine was back by vomiting.
