U See a lot of time when you have these tablets taken disturb the hormones so maybe it is just a hormonal disturbances that you had which is why you haven’t got your period after having these medicines so it would be good enough if you get a check with your gynaecologist because without proper assessment no  medication or treatment can be suggested
