remedy for heat rash

My baby is 6&half and he is suddenly having very very dry skin. I can feel his skin peeling from cheeks and thighs have dry patches too.
It is a summer still.such a dry skin, is it common.
Please help me with some remedies.

Cetaphil Lotion is the solution for the rash so start applying it on to that area where the rashes and slowly gradually eventually with time the rashes will start to subside so just applied and monitor it for 2 to 3 days probably your problem should be sorted
