stuff paranathas. dry fruits , dals, chana, rajma, chilla. eggs etc

The child gains weight with proper food diet and activity so if your child is then you should put your child into some kind of activity physical activity which is going to happen in channelising the energy of the child with which actually your child is going to eat better and the growth is also going to be good
