red small rashes on my baby's knees, buttock and palm...looks like mosquito bites but nealy 30 rashes

A. hi apply thin layer of coconut oil or pure aloe vera gel on this both have antimicrobial property and soothing property so both are equally best for this you may use any of them. keep that area clean using Gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes
