red. small patches of pimples on his body areas like neck or back or tummy area kindly guide

A. hello make sure to maintain the skin hydration and also use mild and gentle baby skin care products like babyhug which can help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide you accordingly which should be better
