red red alergie on my baby's chest,legs,back which medicine I will give please suggest.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is very important to rule out allergy as well as infection which might have caused such problem so for the meantime you can give syrup Cetirizine 2 ML to the child and if it is not improving meet your doctor
