anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergy
do not give any type allergic food and do not apply any type of powder or lotion which might aggravate this allergyz
kindly give plenty of fluids to the child and then meet your doctor for examination

it looks like allergic reaction or fungal infection
you can apply pure aloe vera gel on this which help to soothe the itching and help to heal this faster too
please choose Cotton clothes for your child
and avoid using any kind of cosmetics for now
in food, avoid giving spicy food and citrus fruits for now
