Hello sir See it would be best for you to consult your paediatrician as soon as you can because till the time a proper check up is not done it’s very difficult to say what is the reason behind it and how do you need to treat it well so just go to the hospital in emergency or consult your doctor 1st because he’ll tell you what do you need to do accordingly you can just take the next step
