red dot in my baby eye since yesterday.. what's problem my child??

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 6 months old and he is having a red spots in his eye so mostly due to dust or smoke and chemicals so put ocurest sterile eyes drops two times a day
