A. Hello dear parent! The more baby suckles the breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in the daily diet. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care

Q. My FIL passed away 15 days back, and unfortunately I had to take my son who is 11m old to a community fire cremation place. Post returning back from this, he has completely lost his sleep schedule and has become very cranky. We have tried all possible solutions, but reaching out for help from this group.
