recently I have noticed the Orange patch on the tongue of my 3 months old, is this normal or shall I consult the doctor.

A. It can be because of the milk that you are giving so you should use a silicon term cleaner to clean the tongue regularly specially when you give a bath to the child in the morning and that is going to be good enough to clear it
