Reason for Sudden raise of temperature(fever) for my baby

A. hello fever can be due to weather change and it can als be for a different reason and not to worry just give paracetamol once in every 6 hours or 8 hours for 2 days and if worsening or no improvement then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
