My son got fever all of a sudden without showing any symptoms..no cold or cough and temperature was fluctuating for 3 days..wat was the reason for such sudden fever??

A. if the child has got fever suddenly so for now you give Paracetamol and maybe symptoms may appear gradually so if any other symptom is there you can consult your doctor at once for proper examination
