Hello ma’am It could be due to the weather change also so maybe your child is getting rashes on the face which is why I maybe dryness as well so I would advise you to start applying Cetaphil lotion on to your child’s cheek twice a day and see if this helps you settling down within a weeks time otherwise please consult your doctor
