Randomly my kids eyes start watering. what is the cause for it? and what is the solution.

normally simple secretions should not occur again and again for which eyes mmassage is needed.
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor.
do not use any drops witout medical consultation

it happens because of dry eyes , prolonged exposure to screen , injury or foreign object fall in eyes etc
so first keep your child well hydrated
clean your child eyes with fresh tap water.
limit your child screen time.
