pregnancy k bad mera weight bhut kam ho gya hai or me kafi patli lgne lgi hu..plz suggest me how to increase healthy weight..

A. hi mom add nuts powder in milk and have daily have fresh fruits and lassi mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee paneer parathas egg or chicken or tofu rice

Hi mommy At six months weight should be double to birth weight Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
