post delivery I started getting back pain frequently. do anyone facing same. what is the reason and what is solution to it

A Little bit of back pain is normal after delivery when it is normal or C-section but that does not last for long it’s mostly there for 15 to 20 days it’s mostly due to discomfort sometimes it is due to lack of sleep sometimes a portion is not correct when you’re feeding your child so still if you are having that pain then you should get it checked once
