Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly apply baby moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continuesss for more than two weeks then meet your doctor and do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

Cream or ointment with zinc oxide or petrolatum (petroleum jelly). Smooth it onto your baby's clean, dry bottom before putting on a clean diaper.
