first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. 
if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. 
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that timef kindly continue only breastfeeding.
continue exclgusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child.
small all children take demand feeding that is when they feel hungry they will take feeding

is your child feeling any other discomfort like irritability, fever , etc along with it ?
if yes then you should consult your pediatrician.
try feeding using different feeding positions.
maintain skin to skin Contact while feeding your child which will help to encourage your child to take more feeds.
