A. Hi For losing weight, you can 1. Make sure to avoid junk, fried, sugary, sweets, bakery products 2. Include nutritious foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, fish boiled. skim milk, low fat paneer, Dal's, curd, buttermilk, vegetables, fruits & nuts like Almond 3. Exercise daily & stay hydrated
