Proteins Fats and carbohydrates are the most important things that should be included in the part of your child’s daily diet specially good amount of protein and healthy fats should be given in form of butter and ghee Paneer cheese curd all these things should be given regularly to the child and if you eat nonveg X should be a part of your child’s breakfast every day
