Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. no it is hypo pigment there are multiple causes of hypopigmentation in the skin. it is important to find the cause only if the intensity of hypopigmentation is increasing as well as it is spreading on the surface of the skin. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which might aggravate the condition and then meet your doctor because the treatment for such problems last long and accurate diagnosis needs to be maintained for proper treatment
