plz my after delivery over weight plz help me weight loss

A. Hi For Weight loss, you can 1. Include vegetables, salads, sprouts. Butter milk, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits, soya chunks. boiled chicken , nuts 2. avoid sugar, sweets, fried bakery foods 3. exercise for 45 minutes atleast daily
