there some of the good lotion /cream which can be applied on the body which wxill help in moisturizing as well as preventing dryness of the skin.
if you feel that the dryness is not improving you can go for more number of applications throughout the day.

It deeply hydrates and nourishes the skin. It has coconut oil which ensures smoothness. I am using this for my baby and the results are amazing.
