hello doctor my baby boy is 7 and half month old 
i want to ask you in a day how many times should i give semi solid food to my baby ? and how many times breastfeed to my baby

at this age you have to offer everything which is made at home to your child.
you have to give 500 ml milk everyday and you can either give milk or milk products but the amount should be total of 500 ml
you have to give at least one and half katori rice and one katori dal everyday.
you have to give at least one and half katori vegetables everyday.f
you have to give at least one and half katori wheat/roti products to the child everyday.
you have to give at least two fruits everyday
you can go for different recipes and flavours according to your local delicaciesd and diets.
you can add ghee as well as dry fruits to the diet.

There is no diet chart you need to follow you should practically be giving each and everything to the child that you are making at home for your entire families that’s the most healthy food to be given to include everything healthy avoid junk and sugary food dress you can give whatever you want
