You should take omega-3 and Iron supplement for at least three months along with our I do recommend you to consult a dermatologist as well because the number of reasons behind massive hair fall and along with that also I’m going to recommend you to try using avimee hair fall protection kit which will help in reducing hair fall over the period and will help in rejuvenating new hair growth
