please suggest the dosage of paracetamol 125 ml suspension for 1 yr baby of weight 9kg

A. Approximately 1.5 ML can be given to the child as of now further more if you would want you can check with your doctor then help you with proper medication if the fever is a little on the higher side maybe 101° also then please do cold sponging as well
