follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying and breakage.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. I hope u are asking for urself. Small onions (shallots), Amla, curry leaves, the fluid inside vitamin E tablet and grated coconut. Grind all these and massage on your scalp and hair. Leave it for half an hour and give a hair wash with a mild shampoo. Regularly use this treatment. This is very good for promoting hair growth and treating dandruff as well.
