Apply to nipples after breast-feeding. and remove or gentally wipe with soft cotton cloth and removed before nursing your baby.
Use Nipple shields to protect sore nipples during feedings. okv

you can also apply coconut oil on your sore n cracked nipples and do wash them when you are about to feed
