please suggest some healthy food for my baby after six months.

A. after six months you can start with liquids like rice water or fruit purees or dal ka Pani or formula. slowly switch to semi solid meals like khichdi dalia oats etc

A. Hello dear parent, you can begin with moong dal ka Pani 5 to 6 spoons 2 to 3 times in the day. Do this for 2 days and look for any indigestion in the baby. Increase the quantity if everything remains fine. Also give rice water, watery Khichdi, home made Cerelac, apple pure etc the same way you gave moong dal ka Pani. Good luck and take care
