This can be because of blocked tear ducts and it is very common in newborn babies it get cured by its own once your baby turned six months old. Till the time if you want then you can start doing a massage with warm water and soft cotton twice a day it will have to give relief and discharge from eyes still doesn’t get to leave then consult with Dr about it
