my newborn baby eye is swollen with reddish eye ball and yellow like discharge.. Need reason and solution?

normally simple secretions should not ozccur again and again for which eyes massage is needed.
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular dischargze coming out you have to meet the doctor.
do not use any drops witout medical consultation
