Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 months agoA. Hai good morning !! Dont use any medicine or supplents without Doctors advice or prescription.
As you are breast feeding ,consult your Gynaecologist ,doctor will prescribe you calcium,iron supplements according to the requirement.
Along with that include calcium,protein,iron rich foods in regular diet to meet the nutritional requirement.
