please suggest me suitable medicine for fever as I'm giving flexonto the 6 year old boy. any antibiotic with the medicine can be given

A. Hello! Try giving a light sponging to reduce the severity of fever symptoms. Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand it condition. Please do not self medicate your child. Consult your child doctor for a personal evaluation and seek medical guidance of this matter.
