ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 days agoA. dear mum , after 6 mth complete begin home food soft n mash form variety of food begin one by one like veg , fruit , dal , khichdi , dal rice , can start egg chicken add ghee few teaspoon 2 times then 3 times increase amount
