teething is a natural process and there's nothing that you can do to start this phase early.
kids may get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months.

For Diet
When my baby turned 6.5 months I made a food chart so that I don't have to think daily about what what to give.
With time I make changes as per season or consistency (Puree-Semi Solid or Solid)
I try and follow the chart as much as I can.

Breakfast Option
Apple-Fig-Dates Puree
Apple-Fig-Dates with Oats
Pear-Apple-Dates
Banana shake
Strawberry-Apple
Chicco Shake
Oats Milk and Banana
Major Meals and Inbetween Meals
Carrot-Pumpkin-Bean and Nut powder
Spinach and Potato
Thick Homemade tomato soup with lots of veggies
Boiled potatoes
Sweet Potato
Beetroot-Carrot-Potato
Daliya with lots of veggies
Desi Ghee Parantha
Dal Rice (all kinds of dal)
Suji Kheer
Upma
Eggs after 9 months
Freshly Extracted Juices at home from fresh fruits - During Evenings
Pomegranate juice
Kiwi and Orange
Apple And Orange
Mix or improvise as per baby's liking or taste.
I try and give everything toy baby so that she develops habit of Eating all veggies and pulses.
**No Salt, Sugar for baby untill 1 yr hence I add different things for taste like Dhaniya, Basil, thyme, parsley, heeng, ginger, garlic, lemon, coconut Powder etc
For sweet food, I add dates as a natural sweetner.
Try only one new food at a time and always check for any signs of allergy.
Also I recommend to introduce new food to your baby in the morning or afternoon.

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello mama is a natural process that happens on its own and it cannot be stimulated anyhow secondly you can make a soft Puri is either fruit or with vegetables are soft Chapati Dal rice Khichdi all this can be added gradually in your babies diet
