Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Above one year you can start giving your child all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Give 3 large portions and 2 small snacks in a day. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family.
