please suggest diet schedule and which exercises can be done for a c sec mother whose weight increased from 70 kg to 86 kg

A. hi, Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods For exercise go gradually, start with walking. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.
