Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi no need of such Medicines just give plenty of breastfeeds. if you have started giving semisolid food to your child,give spinach puree or soup , tomato puree , fruits like pear , papaya ,etc to your child. give massage to your child everyday use Babyhug tummy roll on to give instant relief in this
