please suggest a healthy diet plan for my daughter who is 4 years and 10 months old

Only if there was a diet plan I would have definitely suggested you but there is no diet plan to be offered to a child whose four years plus because from the age of nine months onwards we recommended to start giving all the foods made at home plus plenty of proteins in the diet of your child
